Evntful Ltd is incorporated in England and Wales, company number 14281820. We operate a platform that helps people discover events and connect with other attendees through AI-assisted pre-matching. We are not an event organiser, venue operator, or host. We are a third-party technology platform that facilitates connection between people attending events run by independent organisers.

Evntful is a platform that helps you get more from events you attend by matching you with other people in the room you should meet. Evntful does not organise, host, manage, or operate events. We are not responsible for the content, conduct, safety, or quality of any event, venue, or organiser. Any issues relating to the event itself — including safety, cancellation, refunds, or venue conditions — must be directed to the event organiser or venue directly.

Evntful accepts no liability for anything that occurs at, before, or after an event, or as a result of any connection made through the platform. By attending an event powered by Evntful you accept that Evntful is a third-party facilitator only.

To use Evntful you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under UK law, and provide accurate and truthful information at all times.

When you register for an event powered by Evntful, you will be invited to sign up via a link included in the event organiser's communications. By completing sign-up you will receive personalised match recommendations — other attendees at the same event we think you should meet — before and after the event.

This applies equally to in-person events, webinars, video calls, and virtual networking experiences.

For virtual events you additionally agree not to record, screenshot, or distribute any content from a session without the explicit consent of all participants.

By completing your sign-up via the Evntful link, you are deemed to have agreed to the following. No separate opt-in is required. If you do not wish to consent, do not sign up via the Evntful link.

Your registration data — including name, professional background, stated interests, and any questionnaire responses — will be shared with Evntful Ltd for the purpose of generating your personalised match profile.

Your match profile — name and relevant professional information — will be shared with your matched attendees before and after the event.

Your direct contact details such as email or phone number will not be shared with other attendees without your further explicit consent.

By completing sign-up you also consent to receiving communications from Evntful including your match recommendations, event follow-ups, and information about future Evntful-powered events. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting info@evntful.co.uk. Evntful will never sell your personal data to third parties.

Evntful does not charge attendees for use of the platform or matching service. No payment is taken by Evntful from attendees. Any ticket purchase or event fee is governed solely by the event organiser's own terms. All refund requests must be directed to the relevant event organiser. Evntful has no liability for any payment made to an event organiser.

Evntful is a third-party technology platform. We are not the organiser, host, insurer, or operator of any event on our platform. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, property damage, or any other harm suffered at or in connection with any event, whether in person or virtual. We are not liable for the conduct, statements, or actions of any event organiser, venue, or attendee. Attending any event is entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evntful's total liability to you shall not exceed £100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by Evntful's own negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

You must behave professionally and respectfully at all times. You must not harass, discriminate against, or abuse any other person, misrepresent your identity or professional background, record others without consent, or use events for unsolicited sales or recruitment. Breaches may result in removal from the platform. Report concerns to info@evntful.co.uk. All reports reviewed within 48 hours.

All Evntful branding, platform content, software, and design is the intellectual property of Evntful Ltd. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Evntful a non-exclusive royalty-free licence to use it solely for operating and improving the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Contact info@evntful.co.uk before initiating proceedings.
